How Divine Wings collects, uses, and shares personal information, including sensitive information about a deceased person or pet, and the rights account holders have over that information.

- Identity and contact details of the operator
- Categories of personal information collected: manager account details, case details about the deceased (including species/breed for a pet case), authority attestation and any supporting document, obituary text and photos, video ceremony participant roster, chat messages
